崗位職責

？ Lead preparation of PBAR of finance section for new business opportunities.

？ In-depth understanding the cost structure of company, keep improving the integrity of cost data of PBAR to achieve the goal of controlling the cost risk of new business opportunities.

？ CAPEX budget preparation – collect CAPEX request from departments, form a draft list with description/ category and necessary ROI analysis to eliminate nonsense request as a first around.

？ Organize review meetings with well prepared and keep updating the versions until finalize the CAPEX budget

？ Provide guide line to requestor that how to prepare PER and what the procedure they need to proceed

？ Tracking CAPEX budget/actual, keep updating status to make sure all CAPEX spending within budget or additional PER.

？ Proceed necessary accrue base on liability commitment for yearly cut-off purpose for CAPEX spending.

？ Review previous year projects and calculate actual ROI and release results to team.

？ Fixed assets need be transferred timely with accurate value.

？ Push fixed assets management department complete relevant physical card for FA in time.

？ Proceed on-site checking for fixed assets to complete a circle count a year at least.

？ Yearly review fixed asset usage status release results to team.

？ And other tasks superior arranged.

任職資格

？ College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

？ Over five years’ working experience in accounting field, better have multi position experience, such as GL/costing/CAPEX management/ sales quotation..

？ Over two years’ working experience in a similar position.

？ Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and stay positive in challenging environment.

？ Good communication skill both internal and external.

？ Fluent English skill is a plus, but writing is a must.
