What You Will Achieve

Your expertise and skills will help Pfizer build robust financial controls to manage its finance and accounting practices. You will put in place system controls and determine the operation

s consistency with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and processes. You will identify internal control gaps in business procedures, processes or systems, and initiate appropriate remedial actions.

As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative teaming environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It

Understand and strictly follow SOP, WI & RCM and make sure the process you are responsible for is within established service level agreements and adhering to statutory requirements, and any special country processing requirements.

Support shared services site team and direct reports.

Assist in timely delivery of standardized financial processes on behalf of Pfizer.

Professionally communicate with end users and vendors for the Level 1 resolution of process exceptions and inquiries.

Work independently to produce standard and regular reports as required for the operation.

Proactively escalate any issue or potential risks in daily operation, provide input into recommendations for improvements and solution design

Good understanding of system functionality.

s Degree

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Fluent in English speaking

財務數據分析師CFDA（China Financial Data Analyst）
