崗位職責

1、 參與編制公司年度預算，季度滾動預測及月度預算執行情況分析報告；及時總結、落實預算方法，推動公司各部門預算能力提升；

Participate in the preparation of the company’s annual budget, quarterly rolling forecasts and monthly budget performance analysis report; summarize and implement the budget method in a timely manner, and promote the improvement of the company’s budget capacity

2、 根據公司業務特點，與業務部門密切合作， 使各業務部門能夠及時、便利地獲得準確的運營相關的財務數據或財務政策指導，支持決策流程；

According to the characteristics of the company’s business, work closely with business departments to enable each business department to obtain accurate and relevant financial data or financial policy guidance in a timely and convenient manner, and support decision-making processes

3、 根據公司管理要求，提供專項分析報告；

Ad hoc business scenario analysis and various business presentations.

4、 識別業務流程中的內控風險點，改善內控風險，完善公司流程；

Identify internal control risk points in business processes, improve internal control risks, and improve company

5、 參與和協助公司系統化建設

Participate in and assist the systematic construction of the company

任職資格

1、會計相關專業本科以上學歷。

Bachelor degree or above, accounting degree or related.

2、3年以及以上FP&A或者Reporting或者會計事務所工作經驗，有醫藥研發企業經驗優先。

At least 3 years working experience in FP&A or reporting or accounting firm, with experience in pharmaceutical is preferred.

3、熟練操作辦公軟件及ERP系統。

Skilled in operating office software and ERP systems.

4、熟悉企業財務制度及流程，精通國家及地方政府財務政策及法律法規。

Familiar with corporate financial systems and processes, proficient in national and local government financial policies and laws and regulations.

6、良好的組織、協調、溝通能力，團隊合作意識強，能承受較大的工作壓力

Good organization, coordination, communication skills, strong teamwork awareness, can withstand greater work pressure
